i got an idea..
i love red meat-
no that wasn't the idea...
i will first freeze wrap steaks in aluminum tin foil and freeze them
until use..
*okay..
then i will defrost them in the fridge
*okay i am still following..
then when defrosted slightly, i will take three cloves of Garlic, cut them in half
and i have six total cloves-wow i am smart,huh huh!
then i will make tiny incisions into the meat and insert the garlic cloves into the
meat..and leave it overnight to absorb into the meat..why?

i think this will kill the eggs in the meat, as a precaution , i use alot of
Garlic..also as a benefit this will add greatly to the flavor.
i also lightly season the meat with salt,black pepper and soy sauce.
any opinions or thoughts on this technique?

everything else is going fine as well, continuing with parabuster and sculpt & cleanse colon cleanser. i eat a salad for breakfast or some yogurt and juice.
yup, i still drink red bull.
yup, i still drink beer..lots and lots of beer.
yup , i still work out-quite intensly actually and i am still hovering around
8% bodyfat @ 140
lbs. with 92% lean body mass
and i cut out carbs for the last week. i am planning on shifting my
body to burn fat as fuel-fat i eat, not fat on my body because i barly have any.
i am not sure how good this is for the kidneys and liver,because carbs
are alot more efficiant as a fuel source.
i am planning on a kidney/liver cleanse but i am scared that i am gonna puke in
my sleep..3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil sounds really nasty..
this is coming from someone that used to eat raw meat.
i am also ordering some
Oxypowder and some more parabuster-YAY!
though i am ready for the explosive shyte storm that is about to take place-

i still have alot of mental fog and anxiety after i take parabuster, and i
am starting to break out more. but i feel alot better and my sleep has also
improved dramaticly...
i hope that Garlic in the meat works on killing the
parasite larvas.
i plan on eating a large garden salad & Red bull for breakfast and
then fasting all day, then maybe some raw veges for dinner.
i still plan on being a vegetarion for five days out of the week and then
feast on fats and meats for two days out of the week to load up on
protein and fats for fuel. a cycle of feasting and cleansing-not soo much fasting.
the salads are a huge benefit over just
Water Fasting in my opinion.
also a pineapple cleanse the first week of every month.
personally i enjoy the process of being able to thrive and perform my best
on less while still remaining strong as an ox!
