I use raw pumpkin seeds (available at my healthfood store). They are shelled, but not roasted or salted. I either snack on them plain or toss them in my salad. I am VERY sensitive to them. In fact, a week or so ago, I had about 1/4 cup plain and was ill for the rest of the day. My hubby had to take off work to care for the kids, as I was dizzy, severely nauseaus, and had diarrhea. It was definitely from the pumpkin seeds and was a more severe reaction to similar reactions I've had from eating a lesser amount. I think it was major die-off symptoms from eating them. They are supposed to target tape worms, I believe. I know I have liver flukes and candida, so who knows! I continue to eat them, but only around 2 tablespoons at a time.
Hopefully others can share their wisdom on pumpkin seeds, too. I'm fairly new to all this as well.
Warmest Regards,
Shelley
