here is a new eating plan i decided to take part in-
-EATING PLAN-
-SUN- FAST
-MON- FAST
-TUE- FAST
-WED- WORK OUT DAY, FEAST
-THR- FEAST
-FRI- FAST
-SAT- FAST
the reason i decided to try something like this is because i really want
my body to become more efficiant on releasing waste products and
hopefully conditioning my body to thrive on and live off as less as possible
while becoming as healthy and strong as possible in the process.
i want to literly starve any
parasites inside of me and making it
a less then freindly enviroment for them to hatch.
by feasting only twice a week i let my digestive system rest and also
enough time to clear out my system.
feasting means eating basiclly anything i want within limits.
basicly these are "cheat days". Steaks,chicken,pizza,sausages ,pork ribs..
all the stuff that tastes good but is bad for you (minus processed crap)

a process of feasting & elimination.
i've lived on one meal a day, fasting all day for three years.
this way i get all of my nutrients and still able to eat what i love to eat,
without overloading my system.
fasting/cleansing- two "cleansing meals" a day ; large salads of spinach, whole tomatos,onions,garlic,grapefruits,
cantalopes and all other healthy foods. Metamucil will also be added daily for
some more added fiber and bulk 3xDay.
wow, imagine how much i will save on groceries!
i will try to eventually get down to feasting one day a week, this sounds
really strict and may take alot of discipline..
because it DOES.
but to me,it's well worth it for a healthy body.

i may even use sculpt & cleanse only on the day AFTER the second feast day just to jump start the process, this way i don't become dependent on any kind of laxative/colon cleanser.
06 will be the year to my health!!
