prefer an acid body. Brisk walking will however oxygenate the blood and perhaps make it an unpleasent place for the critters.
Yep, hot spices such as cayenne, cinnamon, ginger and garlic kill parasites. These spices are also great for blood circulation.

info I think, but I just wanted to add that oats contain a good amount of protein. I usually eat a bowl of porridge with grated apples and cinnamon sprinkled on top in the morning. Before I got sick, I used to exercise five to six times per week mostly weightlifting. Now I take L-glutamine powder, broad spectrum amino acid supplements and zinc. This way I manage to keep some weight on despite not being able to lift weights or eat meat for the time being. As I'm a girl, I should be thrilled with being slim, but when you're used to having a STRONG, fit body, heck it's no joke. I also recommend energy bars (low glucose ones) containing nuts especially almonds as these are alkaline....
