Hmmm, in my case the recommended herbs didn't work. Oregano oil has been the most effective so far...... What's best might be individual, depending on what type of parasites you have.

I wonder why while talking about all that anti-parasitic staff, none of us ever mention zapping as a great method to kill EVERYTHING inside ourselves?
It is well-known that every other method work better together with zapping; while herbs kill adult forms, zapping kills larvae.

Of course, there exist pharmacopeic drugs to extinguish worms, such as Vermox (Mebendazole) for example (effective against all kinds of worms), but I do not think it a good idea to take in such a mighty poison. :((
