It's my understanding that it's best to get the parasites out and your bowel cleansed before moving on to other cleanses. I've had lots of fatigue myself and pain in kidneys, probably due to all the toxins being mobilized and moved out. Try to step up your program as you're able to tolerate it, and help toxins along, as said before, by drinking lots of fluids such as pure filtered water and herbal teas. A good fiber mix drink will also help (be sure to take with plenty of fluid as this usually expands in your GI tract and may stick to your intestinal walls unless you take lots of fluid with it ... just read label and follow instructions).
