Hi!

If I'm not mistaken, Bowel Cleanse is just for the bowel and may not rid you of any parasites, so you would need to do the parasite cleanse for that. Right now, I am doing both a Bowel Cleanse and a parasite cleanse together. In my opinion, the Bowel Cleanse may not get rid of any pesky parasites I may have, so I'm doing one specifically for the parasites, too.

I would start with a bowel/intestinal cleanse to get things going and then do a parasite cleanse. I did a week of intestinal cleansing and then added in the parasite cleanse for the next two weeks. The reason I knew I had parasites was that the intestinal cleanse swept out some eggs.
