Cut back on sodium in foods-- just have a pinch of
Sea Salt , and take some Kelp with natural
Iodine in it.
Potassium is neccessary for balancing water weight- and if you are potassium deficient, you will get bloating and water weight gain- and 4-5 lbs is about right for water weight gain amounts.
Cut back on packaged foods (including healthfood store packaged foods) and start eating more whole foods-- that you can control the amount of salt you add.
