It would be nice if we had sure answers for everything. I understand we will always have some parasites. To be honest about it I always thought this whole parasite thing was a lot of hype. But after reading some of the messages from people that have all kinds of worms, I believe it now.
I just have done the Dewormer cleanse,after 2 years, just in case. I did not see anything but the idea makes me feel better.

I like to do bowelcleaning (+liverflushes)and according to Ask Andreas Moritz , if you keep your bowels clean the parasite won't have a good time. So I kind of go with that view.

As I understand it, we are always picking up new parasites, which is why you're supposed to do this once or twice a year as well as perhaps stay on a maintenance program. I don't think the idea is to necessarily get rid of all of them forever but to get rid of them and not let too many build back up again. And then there are some that are entirely avoidable - it depends on if you'd want to change your lifestyle or not.

It probably is futile, but then eating is also futile, you're just going to digest it and dump it in the toilet. LOL. parasites will always be there, but it doesn't hurt to cleanse once in a while......sort of to keep ahead in the battle. Personally, I do a Colon Cleanse about once a year, and then drink a cleansing tea (a couple cups per day) for about a week every couple of months. If feeling good is an indication that I'm not overrun, then I guess I'm doing OK.
