Try calling 1-800-220-3741. I'd recommend the Super DeLuxe Model with the wrist bands to start with. Don't worry about electrocuting yourself (as long as you don't try to plug it into a wall socket!). I put off using it for several months and suffered needlessly during that time. It reduces and even eradicates pain, and helps you sleep too. Since then, I've even had my wrist bands dripping wet at times and it's impossible to electrocute yourself with such a low current. I usually use it at the maximum 16V for a full hour each session, often going two or three sessions if a critter feels "stuck" or just won't give up the ghost! In the past, I'd get a light burn to my skin, but don't anymore (I think this was those "worm stages" under our skin ... someone asked about red spots?); this will heal quickly (try aloe vera gel) and is well worth it.
