You can safely do a Colon Cleanse (and im not referring to an enema) while you are doing a parasite cleanse. You dont have to use Epsom Salts to clean your colon. I never did- just for a Liver Flushes would i ever use Epsom Salts --- or else I will add Epsom Salts in my bath water for a relaxing bath.


How I do my simple Colon Cleanses is by eating raw fruits and veggies (that'll clean you out!) as well as two capsules of Cascara sagrada herb at night with water before bed.

I use psyllum husk capsules in the morning with water once a month during my PMS time-- because i seem to get constipated during PMS for some reason. Must be a hormone thing.

Cascara Sagrada will make your lower bowels push out crap. I found it to be strong but gentle. Psyllum Husk capsules must be taken with 1-2 glases of water with it- or you'll start getting that "choke" in your intestines when you have to go to the bathroom. It is a bit rough on your intestines, so i only use it when really necessary.
