hey jo, this is by no means the end all and be all of
parasite diets but i'm seeing someone who has me on this. i trust her. it's not an easy one to follow but you can at least get the general idea of what to stay away from.....
No salt, no sugar, no pork, no chemical
preservatives , no beef, no milk or cheese, no caffeine or chocolate prod., no raisins or dates or figs, no fried foods, no margarine, no white vinegar prod., no oranges, grapefruits or grapes in juice or fruit form, no corn or corn sweeteners, no wheat, no peanuts, cashews, fermented foods, peas, carrots, sweet or white potatoes, mushrooms, sweets of any kind, no fats.
I can have (ocean) fish, chicken, turkey, or any wild game. eggs
4-6 fresh vegetables per meal (2 meals) shredded, steamed, or juiced
No fruit
No grains except brown rice and popcorn
Black or red kidney beans- no more than 3 times a week, ½ cup at a time
Eat daily; some fresh sprouts, seeds (pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower. Raw.) seed butters and almond butter
Use only sunflower oil for cooking in small amounts
