i'm starting The Master Cleanser fast tomorrow and have heard that this would be a good time to start ridding myself of parasites too.
are there any products, hopefully easily accessable ones, that can be suggested to me? thanks for the help!

This is a reply to # 472,971hey natatree, i've done The Master Cleanse a few times and thought it really great. i'm now parasite cleansing. what i have read about but haven't done and what you should look up is something called the ultimate cleanse. it combines The Master Cleanse with a parasite cleanse and a colon cleanse. i believe i read about it on the cleanse forum but don't quote me on that. good luck. bwellicky

The ultimate cleanse includes doing P&B shakes, which, if you've been watching the Master Cleanse Forum , are NOT recommended by the more knowledgeable regulars there.
That is not to say you can't do them, but definitely read up on the impacts. I personally wouldn't recommend them.
As for doing a parasite cleanse, you should be able to do that - but no pills/capsules/etc. The Master Cleanse is all liquid, so if you can get a tincture, perhaps Clarkia ? The alcohol in the tincture is generally a no-no on the MC, but it is a very small amount.
Just remember, you'll be doing two big detoxes at the same time. Could be hard on the system.

MoreThis is a reply to # 472,982don't visit the mcforum much but have been havig great results with p&b shakes. also you can burn off yhe alcohol in tinctuyreby putting in a spoon on the stove for a couple of minutes. but like i said, i have never done the ultimate cleanse so inform youself first.

This is a reply to # 472,983P&B shakes when you're eating is one thing.
When you're fasting and your body is only getting 660-1200 calories and nutrients a day is another.
I didnt mean to imply doing ever do P&B shakes, just not recommended while on the MC.
And yes, good advice on burning off the alcohol - forgot about that.
Just avoid ingesting anything that might crank up your digestive tract - the whole point of the Master-Cleanse is to give it a rest.

This is a reply to # 472,984thank you for the feed back. i'm going to look for some Clarkia today. i sure hope they carry it in the las vegas valley.
i've gotten some advise on the PB shakes during the Master-Cleanse and i'm going to wait until after the Master-Cleanse to try them. the PB shakes would involve digestion that would take away from your low caloric intake and it might hinder the true cleanse feeling from taking place.
these forums are so great. i really appreciate your help!!
