Yes, it could very well be parasites. I have found that if I have a spot that itches there is usually a parasite hidden there.

Some of us here have experienced parasites in our mouths. I have never seen any in my mouth but I feel have felt them at night squirming into my root canal teeth, but not since I used oil of oregano on my gums. I would put some oil of oregano on the bumps twice a day or at least at night, dry the area as good as you can first then apply the oregano. It may take a few days before you notice a difference with the bumps.
