though not being an exprt of this matter, I know that acidifying/alkalizing effects of food in the inner body are also depending on food combinations. yogurt, kefir and even raw sugar/honey can be alkalizing if you do not mix them up with other foods but take them like a medicine in small amounts far from other meals.
Besides, fruits can be VERY acid/forming when eaten after a meal comprehending dairy, meat, clover or grains, because they lie on top of a thick layer of food in yr stomach for many hours before to be digested and they ferment, so their minerals and vitamines go wasted.
Even some fruit combinations are not OK at all.
I usually choose to have many separated meals trying not to mix up more than 2 foods. Having to deal with many different foods at the same time tires your digestive organs. every group of food requires different enzymes.
I suggest you to have a lot of fruit between your meals, so you'll be less hungry and you will spontaneously crave healthy foods.
