I started passing these a couple of weeks ago. I've been doing psyllium drinks. I would feel a burning, etc. in my rectum. After going, I would have long tear-dropped shapped hard poop on the outside of my normal poop. My normal poop was slightly firm, etc. but these are darker, a dark brown and about 3 inches long. There's a long poop string and then a bulb at the bottom. I tried to cut one open...it was very dense, but not rubbery. And it was poop all the way through. Sometimes I feel like something is stuck in my rectum and it burns and hurts. Usually after that, when I poop, these come out. Usually there are about 3 or 4 in each BM.
