O.K. I just want to vent here. Since Christmas I have had a whopping ear infection (both sides), severe lung distress (4 days of unproductive, spasmodic, uncontrolable coughing), headaches, hip pain,abdominal cramps and a sore top of my head.

At this point I'm doing a juice and water fast, had some acupuncture last night, which helped me sleep.

Here's what I did wrong, I think. I accidentally started my second round of Clarkia at the same level I had ended the first round (14 drops, 3 times a day). I was also taking Colloidal Silver for the ear infection. Well, it was too much for my body, hence the lung-headache-cramps thing. No fun. Anyone have any secrets about ameliorating these reactions? I have discontinued the Clarkia until my body returns to normal.
