NOPE, not laughing, I had a lot of confusion when I first started all this cleansing also. Cloves the herb, I take clove pills, it kills the parasite eggs. I take it in a Wormwood combo pill(wormwood, Black-Walnut and cloves) and sometimes I buy clove pills(herb) and add extra to my cleanse...heyjude
