in answer to your questions,,,truthfuly you will have to decide what is best for you. things to take into consideration might be ; how good has your diet been in the last few years. does your stomach feel like it needs a good cleaning. do you have any trouble pooping. how often. do you eat alot of meat. and so on...i guess on the whole, the more the better but you have to be careful not to tax your body with too much at one time...and as far as enemas go, i would say yes it's more than a one time dealy. as to how much, you should be able to judge on your own once you start. you might not even like it. well, sounds as if i'm on both sides of your questions. sorry. i do hope i at least was helpful. all good to you. icky
