Recently started a parasite cleanse. And am drinking a ton of water. I found that when I took one diuretic pill I was assured to start using the restroom for hours. It was a "draining" experience and I could feel alot of toxins exiting.
Which was a scary and hollow feeling. I got no sleep either, but figure that I need to get out the water I'm drinking as well as drink it.
Anyone have any thoughts to share on this?

MoreThis is a reply to # 471,615hey there, don't know much about diuretic pills(nothing in fact) but i do know that after starting the para-cleansing i have been having problems either getting to sleep or staying asleep. the only advice i can pass on is to not take the parasite cleanser that you use close to bedtime. i typically take my last dose right before dinner. if i take any later than that i have a hard time falling asleep but sometimes it just doesn't matter. it seems that maybe loss of sleep is just par for the course. i'd be curious if anyone else has the same problem. you hang in there though. you're on the right track. icky

This is a reply to # 471,616I too am doing the parasite cleanse... having a hard time concentration due to lack of deep sleep the last two nights... I know there are other agents you can use to fall asleep saw them on the website.... not sure which one, I feel as if why should I take another herb to fall asleep?

thanks so much for the info... I am so tired I can barely keep my head up. Is this from detox?? I am going to gnc store and buying the Arginine and Ornithine - one is suppose to help you sleep and the other is to keep you alert during the day... I hope they work. I need help with both! I havent had any "results" yet, bms. I did notice in my stool things that look like Pistashio's (please forgive my spelling!). I have been eating a lot of nuts lately... cashews, peanuts and pistashio's. Does anyone know if nuts are digested? or just come out in chunks with bms? Thanks a bunch!

This is a reply to # 471,637i personally never had any luck w/ arganine etc. but everyone is different.your pistashios sound like they might be flukes. look in the parasite gallery in curezone to see if anything there matches what you saw in your poop. yes you can pass some undigestd food but how many "seeds" can actually get by without being chewed? how many did you see in the toilet? like i said, probably a fluke....you're on the right track. keep us posted. icky

This is a reply to # 471,641Hi Icky, Thanks for your info... I did pick up the two amino acid pills... but... before I bought them I went to the bathroom and LOW AND BEHOLD!! I looked at the pics and saw that I had one big FLUKE! wow, I knew I had stuff moving around in my tummy... I wish I would have pooped at home and been able to get it and disect it! Darn. How disappointing. Will let you know how tonight goes with the sleepy amino acid Orthine or something like that. I am anxious what I will find next! Thanks for all the info! Dill321

This is a reply to # 471,627Hulda Clark says to take L-Ornithine right before bed. As much as 8 tablets. I tried it, and while I felt physically relaxed, I did not sleep. But I'm a major insomniac, so it might work for others.
