Colonics can be really helpful. At the least it's good to take an herbal colon cleanse. colonics or enemas are just like an extra measure. Colon cleansing should be done the entire time of parasite, liver or kidney cleansing.

The parasite cleanse is supposed to be taken 2 weeks, then you should rest 1 week, and repeat this at least four times. So the length of time is 11 weeks total. If you're really sick to begin with you'll want to do it longer.

Afterward you can take it once a week for maintenance and prevention.
