girl interupted
I've been reading the forum for 2 weeks, but this is my first time writing. I could really use some guidance.
Here's my story...I was diagnosed with IBS 10 years ago. I quit smoking 3 years ago and my IBS steadily turned into chronic constipation and weight gain. I'm a vegetarian and work out 3-4 times a week. I've tried every diet imaginable, but I'm never able to lose weight. I feel pain in my stomach after every time I eat, and then it usually turns to bloating and gas. I'm 30, 5 foot 9, 160
lbs. This is the most I've ever weighed. In the past 4 months I've gained 10 lbs.(despite following a low-carb diet), so I decided to see a naturopathic dr. She said I had intestinal
parasites and candida, and put me on a variety of supplements (nothing that I have read about on the forum)and candida diet. They didn't work and my weight increases weekly. I eat only vegetable, nuts, seeds, eggs, some rice and beans. I am at the end of my rope. I can't afford to continue going to this dr. twice a month. I bought Paragone and am starting it tomorrow. I just fear that it will be another useless attempt at weight loss and healthy intestines.
Any ideas would be so appreciated. Thanks.
