i felt the same way with a few ups and downs but mostly ups i'm almost finished my 30 day cleanse i feel like a different person. almost from beginning i was amazed at my energy level it was kind of scary at first because even though i always considered myself a healthy person you just don't realize the differnce until you experience all that extra energy. I wanted to tell everyone about it at first but after some strange looks i decided better keep my mouth shut i guess some people cannot get their brains around it.
