P&B shakes call for psyllium as the fiber source rather than ground flax. Flax does not have nearly the bulking action as psyllium which may account for the decrease in bowel movements.
You should also be making your shakes with 10-12
oz of water, and then follow the shake with another 10-12
oz of water. This water is in addition to your daily intake of water. You also need to make sure that you are getting sufficient good oils in your diet or as supplements as this helps lubricate the GI tract...among other things.
Whenever you get backed up on this cleanse, give yourself an enema of get a colonic. It may be that a large quantity of old material is loosened and taking it's time in clearing out. Give it a boost with an enema or colonic!
