i used Oxypowder
before just to try it out, i wasnt really expecting it to make much a difference but it did. It makes you pass lots of watery waste when your taking it, but after when i stopped i noticed that i was going to toilet more often and especially after meals. So for me it did cause me to empty out myself more frequently, it was weird coz i ate a meal then needed to go after, which never happen before.
you can take a maintaince dose, like 2 capsules daily, but you dont have to, i didnt. The benefits are from the cleanse it gives you, so just use up the bottle. Right now i am on a fast (2nd day, well technically 3rd coz its past midnight) i ordered some more Oxypowder
which i hope to recieve tomorrow. When i took it before i wasnt fasting, i think it will be even more effective on a fast.
Caution!!! dont do what i did, i thought magnesium tablets were the same as Oxypowder
coz they are magnesium oxide, so i took 10 250mg magnesium capsules with some vitamin c... i felt really dizzy and weak afterwards...
