I started taking Schulze's formula 1 about three weeks ago. At first it worked really well with only four pills, but it seems to have stopped working. I'm up to 7 pills and still constipated. I'm concerned that this is not going to work for me. I can't get the the Formula 2 stage bc I'm not having 2-3 easy movements a day. I'm also experiencing a lot of gas from formula 1. Is there something I can take to combat gas? Over the counter stuff such as GasX don't do much of anything. I'm also wondering if I should switch to Oxypowder because maybe this type of cleanse is not going to work for me. I'm very bloated and constipated, even with taking seven pills. I drink tons of water and always have - at LEAST three liters a day. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I really want to cleanse my bowel. I've been constipated my whole life and I'm ready to cleanse and I'm frustrated that its not working. Thank you for your support.
