I'm not a tea drinker at all. So i'm not at all familiar with making tea. What i've been doing is heating up the water in the microwave and pouring it over the tea bag and letting it sit for a couple of minutes. I'm guessing that this may not be correct due to the fact that I dont get the results everyone talks about. I let my tea sit for 10 mintues and in the am.... just a regular b/m. If this is not the correct way can someone please pass on some tea making hints...
and if this is correct... then i guess my body is just very stubborn, even with all the water I drink :)
