I am a male, 26 years old, bodybuilder/athlete... aince 12 years old. I have only about 3 years ago, changed my bodybuilding type diet and supplementation of the previous 10 years of high protein, high calorie, etc indocrination.

I am 80+% raw food, vegan; fruits, veggies, nuts.

I have complete the Arise and Shine cleanse twice successfully, with nill cleansing reactions throughout either of them, thankfully. The first cleanse, I did the Gentle Phase for 4 weeks, and removed about 25 total feet of plaque and it was probably the most enlightening experience and uplifting and fortifying experience I have ever had. I did the 3 PB shakes, and 5 sets of the herbs, with 1sv Perfect Food (Garden of Life green food), with each set of herbs, for the electrolyte minerals. It was VERY successful (2nd one was good, but not like this)and had not ONE cleansing reaction, headache, light headedness nasuea, imbalance, etc... IT was wonderful.

It's been some time since I have cleansed with herbal cleanses such as these, with the PB shakes still being a backbone to M/P extraction, of course.
I truly believe Rich Anderson is THE pioneer for this whole field of cleansing and truly effective plaque identification, awareness, and removal.


In the past 4 years I have received ~65 professionally (no Im not rich, LOL) done colonics, with lifts. It is so uplifting and cleansing of an experience... but $95 a pop, with lift, is beyond my current and future budget.

Back to herbal/PB intestinal cleansing... :)

A few weeks ago I decided to combine The Master Cleanse (I feel strongly about doing a liquid fast, fruit or veggie juice, but the key factor just releiving my digestion for a while) with the Gentle Phase (no meals obviously, just 6 glasses of Lemondaide in place of 2 meals) Arise and Shine cleanse ,simultaneously, with extra electrolyte mineral supplementation to further balance pH while toxins/acids are being released and cleansed...
The first day out, mid day, I had the worst cleansing reactions...
Like I was drunk it was so cleansing, and I know it wasn't blood Sugar drops, as I was consistenly sipping on the MC/Lemonaide every 15 mins or so to keep blood sugar/insulin stable... I estimated the citric acid , etc from the lemon, the cayenne, PLUS all the cleansing herbs in the Chomper and Herbal Nutrition Arise and Shine caps, were WAYYYY to detoxidying... So that ended that experiment of a cleanse.

So then I tried, a few days later, just reverting back to the Gentle Phase, traditional Arise and Shine cleanse, 3 PB shakes/5 sets of herbs/2meals/extra electrolyte herbs/etc, and again, day ONE cleansing reactions, not as severe as previously, but still very imbalancing, dizziness, etc that is the worst feeling...
I dont know if there are chemicals or metals that the herbs are breaking up and cleansing faster than my body can handle, or similar...

OK, thank you for listening to me on my soap box... My question is now:
Do you feel that JUST the PB shakes is as effective by themselves for breaking up and removing MUCOID PLAQUE??? OR do you think it is slightly less effective without the herbs to detox and break up the plaque, and then have the PB shakes to adhere and pull the loosened plaque out of the body, but that is why you recommend to use JUST the PB for up to 6 months...

I LOVE the idea of doing a LONG, continuous cleanse, until plaque ceases to continue being removed..

Depending on your stance on the necessity or NON necessity of using herbs (alas Richard Anderson swears they are critical and essential in any colon cleanse), I was thinking of this time, doing either
A) 2 meals a day, LUNCH 12pm -> FRUIT
DINNER 6pm -> BIG SALAD/VEGGIES w/NUTS (this is my usual eating)
3 PB shakes per day, starting the day with one, and 2 more 4 HOURS apart
2 gallons of distilled water per day (my bodybuilding mindset here)
and NO herbs used....

(OR)

B) The Master Cleanser w/2-3 PB shakes per day, 2 gallons distilled water... no herbs or parasite cleanse though..... and do this for a few months or until the plaque stops being removed...

(OR)

C) DISREGARD those options, and just try again the STANDARD Arise and Shine/RIchard Anderson protocol (which is still kind of the king of intestinal cleanses, my colon hydrotherpist, in 25 years says that still to this day, he never seen a cleanse better or more effective... he's given over 40,000 colonics... yikes..LOL) on either the MILDEST PHASE OR the GENTLE PHASE... and try even more minerals to balance the pH....

PTREE, your help will be more invaluable than I can put into words...
