Hi everyone,
Well, i started the colonix programme last Friday and I'm on day 4 now. It is too early to talk about me quitting now, lol. However, I'm not findiing it easy. That is, the diet part really and my toileting isn't going so smooth either.
Well, i am going to the toilet, having five bm's a day, so far, just waiting for my fith tonight. However, they are not full bm's and I'm not emptying completely. Not thoroughly anyway. What I'm mainly seeing is just pelelt of black really. Sometime I see a whole mass of black and have done since day one. I did, this morning (day 4) see something grey in with the black. However, I'm not emptying well either though, I do feel completely full after eating most of what's on my plate. I must say, I've not be bloated once during this programme. In fact, I've been hungry most of the time to be honest but, I'm not eating constanlty to get rid of the hunger though, may eat a piece of fruit here and there.
My diet is going OK rreally but, I'm getting no suppoort off my parents at all so, it's difficult to be completely strick with the evening meal, despite it being much easier at breakfast and lunch times. Mum knows I'm lay off the sweet puddings but, she still instists on asking if I want desert when I don't. My cooking for myself at lunch times isn't going as easy as I hoped, lol. So, making mess of things there. Yes, with all this in mind I have been flagging a bit, wonder how much longer I can kept it up really. I can't quit right now, it's too soon. I just thought I'd sound off here and, to see what views people had about my toileting. Whether it's working based on what's coming out of me?
I'm on the first five days 2 paranil capsules, half colonix fibre measure, did start off 2 minutes stooping the kleri tea bag, went up to 2:30 secs, tonight it'll be three minutes.
I don't think the measure I'm using are strong enough for me. I seenm to be passing reluctantly. I'm looking forward to getting to day six and increasing the measures.
thanks for listen to me anyway :)
Justin
Hi Pattiecake!
thanks for the encouragement. I'll try and keep with the cleanse for as long as I can. the food/diet part is quite difficult as, avoiding all processed food can be hard in this day and age, when, I can bearly tell the difference. I can avoid all the obvious bad fod and drink so, that isn't a problem, it's just the pre-packed salad's that I think I'm meant to not have a well. it's good that I can still have wheat and dairy. If it was a totally strick detox plan, I know I'd find that too hard to do. Just a bit disheartening when my bm's, although 5 a day, are just not full ones. It's a very slow beginning.
well, things'll look better in the monring.
thanx :) Justin
