First of all, is it okay to use bowel herbs in conjuction with colosan/homozone? Will colosan still be effective if you eat your normal diet?

  Yes you can eat normally. And there is no reason to take the herbs because the cleanse is going to liquefy all the solids in the intestines. Use them afterwards.
