Hi, if I want to do a "mini cleanse" would it be okay to do the SWF? What I'm asking is, will the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) by itself help clean out impacted and old feces, or is that only used in conjuction with other treatments/fasts/cleanses? I'm asking because I have very little money to work with right now, but want to help cleanse my body.

Also type in blessed herbs cleanse at the top right where it says google search, you will find some messages.
