Hi Guys,
yeah, you can do a
Liver Flush before doing b/c cleansing. You could maybe do 2-3
Liver Flushes before doing the bowel/colon cleanse. After finishing a b/c cleansing you could do again the
Liver Flushes - the rest 10-20.
I think it is a good thing to be on alkaline diet. Specially when you are doing the bowel/colon cleansing. Take cayenne pepper, it is not only alkaline but it has a lot of other advantages, like being herb number 1 as it helps to use the other herbs and vitamins for the body.

Ohh, and it is really cheap. You can get the amount for 2 months for 4 dollars.
The cheapest and great product is malva verticellata. It is the mallow tea. Take it morning and eating but except some run to the loo, some cramps too. It is OK, you can survive it. See more in post of "WHEN to stop P&B cleansing".
I think a very effective complete cleansing for the intestines is the arise and shine program/set. www.ariseandshine.com
It is proper, well done, including everything what u'd need for this kind of cleanse: P&B, herbs, vitamins, guidelines. You could buy the book too, at least the first one - adviced but not necessary.
The set is about 200 buks but it worth it well. There is a little strip in it for measuring your ph level which is helpful too.
OK, this was my contribution for this,
