I was taking two doses of Colosan daily for two weeks to clean my bowels before liver flushing, ive alwyas maintained daily bm's though mind you. I stopped the Colosan A week and a half ago, I really want to do my first liver flush, but continually hear that if the bowels are not totally clean, flushes can lead to Acne breakouts. What cautionary steps can I take to prevent this?
