I read it a while ago and returned the book to the library.
Basically, a fruit (non-sugary fruit) and veg diet diet, minimal dairy, I switched to soy milk. If you need more bulk, brown rice. When I wanted something to drink other than the water and soy, I had the
Master-Cleanse lemonade drink. It was very refreshing diet. I think it was recommended at least 7 days up to about 14 days. By the 7 day point, I didn't want to do anything else.
My favourite was coles slaw (considering I didn't like coleslaw before this). I ran the cabbage through my mini-chopper gadget and carrot too. Mixed 3 part plain yogurt and 1 part mayonnaise.
Steamed all my veggies, lots of green leafy veg, spinach and guylan (Chinese broccoli) eaten with raw minced garlic.
Every lunch and dinner contained a dark leafy green, carrot, fresh minced garlic and then whatever I fancied to include.
The diet renourishes the blood, and lots of liquid flushes out toxins.
I've done so much reading that I can't remember where I read what anymore. Wait, the light bulb just came on. Author, Jethro Kloss. The book is out of print and written ages ago, found it at the library. Hope this helps.
