Lapis is a good friend of mine, awhile back anyhow, and he knows a great deal about things. However, his one problem is that he wants everyone "to have what he has". He allways leans that way when giving advice, so just be aware of that. Same things with treatments and therapies - "do what I do so we can share in it" tends to colour his advice.

I really do love the guy.
