Thanks Tracy for the message of support. This flush turned out to be different than the others. Probably as a result of my actions.
My first flush was after a 9 or so day master cleanse and my second
was after 2 days of apple juce- piece of cake.
This time I ate normally untill 1:00pm. Paid for it- man did I have stomache cramps and terrible rumblings in my stomache, nausea,
thought I was going to bring everything up, after the epsom and even more so after the oil mix.
Felt like I was going to hatch an egg. The end result was the same though, about 30 to 40 pea sized stones- no bigger ones and no sludge like before. Learned my lesson though, next time I will fast for a day or 2 before or at least drink the apple juice.
One strange thing though some of the smaller dill seed sized stones came out grouped together like the inside of a tomatoe (not the right color for that) any idea what that is.
