Does mucoid plaque have to be in ropes? I'm not seeing any and I think I'm getting pretty cleaned out. I did the fat flush plan a while ago and saw lots of dark stuff come out then but it was mostly attached to the regular movement. I'm wondering if that could have been the plaque. It was the same color as the pictures I've seen.Or should I keep cleansing till I actually see the ropes? Thanks for any advice!
