Thanks Ali! Actually i have it on the high side. In a recent typical week it can be as low as 112/78 and as high as 160/98. I am taking Dr Christopher's cayenne tincture 15 drops 3 times a day, recently added 1 clove garlic to my morning drink and started eating 1 apple a day. I eat plenty of veggies and fruits and exercise daily (45 minutes brisk walking). When I check it is too high I usually take a dropperfull of cayenne which eliminates some symptoms of panick attack that I get when I see high numbers. Also I forgot to mention that I am taking a beta blocker (Toprol XL, 12.5 mg a day).
