Great job on doing 5 days. I think 4 and 5 were hard for me or at least 5 was. When I felt headachy I drank more water to flush out the toxins. It helped alot. Remember that sometimes as garbage leaves it can make you feel cranky or grouchy. I hear that is other people's experiences and it surely was mine too. I had several times when I'd get very cranky but then it would pass. Mostly centered around wanting to eat and watching my kids turn their noses up at something I knew tasted good and wanted for myself. Lol. Or a smell would trigger like annoyance. I just tried to find something to do or take my mind off it. Some days I just felt really run down like the day before I got my period so I needed to just honor that and rest. I am sure some of the others can offer help about the cramping. I didn't use the tea, just the salt water in the morning. I like salt water so I tolerated it fine. It's supposed to be the easiest on your system (so I have heard). If I understood you correctly,but are you doing the tea consistently every day or how are you flushing out? Also are you using the psyllium and
Bentonite to push stuff along in your intestines? Let us know more details...:)
