Hi! Thanks.
I have Achalasia and when I drink Kombucha tea it is easier to eat. The same happens when I have apple cider vinegar(diluted in water). The tea gives me energy and it is proibotic.(Good for the gastrointesinal tract. I am new to Kombucha too. I started making my own this year.
I am in Canada so maybe if someone closer to you would give you a mushroom. Ask the people on this forum.
Below is the nutrients in Kombucha. I got it off this forum. The amounts may seem insignificant. But they are in their natural form. Your body is used to getting small natural amounts in your food. Pills are not made that way, giving you large and often unnatural, heat treated(altering the value) amounts. It is hard on your body to assimalate the high concentrate in pills, and not natural.
Have a great day!
Yes! I've read that Kombucha is probiotic as well as a detoxer. (I believe it from experience!) also, it's tastey and cocked full of minerals and vitamins;
