I've done 3 Clark liver flushes and have noticed the following:

A week and a half since my last flush and I still have diarrhea. I am taking acidophilus and plenty of water and minerals/electrolytes to make up for any losses. After my first 2 flushes it seems I was regular a week later. I did pass a "half-pea" size stone this morning so maybe my body's not done cleaning house. Just wondering if I should be concerned and/or what others experiences have been.

Also, I used to get a sharp pain under my right rib cage (I assume this is the gall bladder) maybe once every few months that would just last for a split second. Now that area seems to be getting progressively worse - no sharp pains but just sore. Only lasts an hour or two but is more frequent than after my first and second flushes. Wondering if this is a sign that a stone is getting stuck and I'm on my way to having a gallbladder attack? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
