Andreas Moritz
I had my first gallstones in the liver at age 3-4, diagnosed at age six. Nowadays, this is not uncommon amongs kids at that age, given the high toxicity generated by the foods, inoccualtions, and drugs such as antibiotics. Children can do liver cleanses from age 10-12, using half the dosage of everthing. Until then, changing the diet is a fast way for them to retrun to a fair state of balance. For skin disorders, a Pitta balancing diet is recommended (see my book The to Health and Rejuvenation). It is a natural diet consisting of cooked veggies, no or little protein (see also the post by Rich on High versus Low Protein Diet, cooked grains, salads, fruits, pulses, fresh water, etc. Avoid things like, peanuts, nut butters, cold cereals (ready-made), ready-made salad dressings, ketchup and cooked tomatos, cheese, milk, onions, and the typical junk food. Too much sugar, fizzy drinks, orange juice, fish affect the skin, too. More on this in the book.
Best wishes,
Andreas
