I would say that, while some people can take some dairy products, especially "beneficial" ones like yogurt or kefir, if people are trying to treat a condition, such as Acne
or allergies, perhaps it's better to do without until the condition resolves. If you try to eat small amounts of yogurt and notice that you're getting worse, then just do without. But make sure any yogurt or kefir you eat is REAL yogurt, no Sugar
or artificial sweeteners added, and cultured with the live bacteria.
