Colemas: 1 to 2, 2 to 3 or 3 to 4?

Hello there,
Does anyone know what hight the 5 gallon bucket should be at for an effective colema session? I have seen instructions saying that it should be no higher than 2 feet above the board. I have also seen 4 feet over the board mentioned and one person said that he had it over the board at 18 inches and that it was not very effective.
Any hints on the issue would be greatly appreciated :-)

MoreThis is a reply to # 417,861The instructional video I received with my colema board as well as what I've come to know is that anywhere from 20-24 inch above the board itself is good. Any higher then that and the water pressure becomes to high and could posssibly damage the colon somehow? I think don't take my word on that though.....I'm sure someone else would know for sure.
