Will the P&B shakes I take while weightlifting effect the digestion of the protein I intake? Is it a problem to be lifting weights while on the cleanse? Also, is there anything else a newbie should know? So far I'm winging it with this:
Day 1: eat light, mostly juices and small servings of rice, and using one dose of Colonblow to get things started.
then for another week I will use regular P&B shakes while eating a high calorie/high protein diet. I get lots of fiber from wheat bread (about 15 slices at 2g per slice per day). I guess I will drink a lot of water and thats pretty much it.
Is any of this show a conflict?
