It is necessary to rehydrate the clay first because you will need to use this long term for a
Bowel Cleanse utilizing P an B shakes. Add enough water to make in turn into a thin yogurt like consistency. It can take two or three days to do this. You do not need to stir it, just put filtered, bottled or distilled water in a container and add the clay to it. It will soak up a lot of water. It does not need to be refrigerated, there is nothing in there that will spoil. Once the clay is liquid, one a tablespoon of clay. If you are using whole husk psyllium, use one tablespoon. If you are using powdered psyllium, use one teaspoon.
Make sure that you are having at least one good bowel movement a day before starting this bowel cleanse. Start off with ONE shake a day, gradually increasing (and making sure you do not get constipated) the number of shakes a day until you are taking between three and five a day. It could take weeks or even months before mucoid plaque comes out.
It is much easier to just purchase liquid
Bentonite clay. It is also much cheaper to use powdered clay and rehydrate it your self. They both work.
Hope this helps.
