I have read some of the posts on constipation. its seems to be very common problem... I had a
colonic on 6th and have been constipated ever since (pooped maybe once). I did the
colonic as a prep for LF#2 but I am afraid to do it without the colon being clean I don't want to get sick!
I have been taking a small dose of psyllium (Colon Care product) it has some soluable and some non soluable fiber (with probiotics), I have been eating "all bran" for breakfast (which is probably too processed?) and yesterday I got some triphala and started on that.
I know I need more exercise but its too cold out for a long walk. I will try some yoga ... Wish I had a trampolene because I read here somewhere that rebounding was good? I have flax oil in the fridge I just don't know how to eat it? Should I just chug some? I would love to get a regular working bowel so that I can liver flush. Any advice out there?
