I lived on junk food for...longer than I like to admit. I was pretty addicted...good for you for not carrying on along that road, it's very easy to do. I became vegetarian 14 years ago, but I've only been vegan for 2 years. Although dairy and eggs were never a big part of my diet before being vegan (it was more sugar, bread and french fries!), I still had it sometimes, if it was in something I ordered when I was out.
So after many years of poor diet (and a poor meat based diet before) I did get sick, which I'm still working on now. My digestion was a mess...bloating and contipation. Then I started developing all sorts of other stuff, like joint pain, increasingly severe headaches, panic attacks, transient chest pain, a raging parasitic infection, and depression. I went from doctor to doctor for a while, and each one just dismissed me saying I was stressed. I suspected a
parasite infection way back, but they didn't take that seriously either, and eventually I stopped going to doctors, they kept telling me there was nothing wrong and I knew very well there was. I still am battling the parasites, but I'm much better than I used to be. The panic attacks and anxiety got to a point I'd never known. I was scared to leave my house because I didn't want to be caught in a panic attack somewhere in public. I'd never experienced that type of high crazed anxiety all the time. But that's completely gone now...thank goodness. It resolved with my first couple liver flushes. I don't have headaches or joint pain anymore either, the
parasites are still strong, but I'm much better than before. Curezone has helped me a lot.
Thanks for asking, it's so great to meet other vegans, are you on a cleanse right now?
