Many health food stores have psyllium sold in bulk bins very cheaply. Lots of us get that and make our own fiber drinks rather than buy a brand name that charges extra $$$ for the label. ;)
You can just take fiber, it's just that
Bentonite clay is such a good de-toxer of heavy metals etc., which we all have a problem with.
Start out with 1 tsp in 8
oz of water a day, drink much more water than you usually do to keep from getting constipated. Gradually up the dosage until you're taking 3 drinks a day, morning, evening, night. Take them before dinner if you wish to lose weight and lower hunger, taken them after if you wish to get the full benefit of vits amd minerals from your food.
