These past few days, I've been having difficult bowel movements which don't feel complete.
I've been drinking more than a gallon of water per day, in addition to that which I drink while I exercise and that which I drink with my vitamins. I'm not consuming any alcoholic or caffeinated beverages. I eat at least seven servings of raw vegetables per day. I don't think that either dehydration or lack of fiber is a problem.
Would it be all right to do a saltwater flush this evening, before dinner? (I'll be eating dinner late?) I hate feeling not empty back there and bloated.
Suggestions, please?
